Meet the Artist: Anna Núñez

Anna Núñez is a painter and mixed media artist based in St. Petersburg, FL. Her expressive, abstract work is a constant exploration of her fascination with color - the ways that colors interact with one another, and the emotional, meditative responses they have the power to stir within us. She finds great inspiration in the hues and rhythms of the natural world, her travels, memories, and spontaneous childhood drawings. After a life-long education in fine art, and 6 years spent as a graphic designer with a refined and complex illustrative style, her return to painting feels like an exuberant homecoming.
